21DSD: Week 1, day 3

Woke up feeling pretty exhausted (again). I’ve been trying to get 8 hours of sleep, but unfortunately, i’m having a hard time making that happen. On a typical night I get 5-7 hours of sleep. I’m going to *try* really hard tonight! On a positive note I haven’t really been craving anything sweet today- I hope that lasts!!

Well, here’s what I had today-

2013-12-10 20.19.24 Breakfast: 1 egg with salt, pepper and curry powder, red pepper flakes, 2 strips bacon and spinach sautéed
Lunch: Greek meatballs – recipe here, avocado/tomato salad – recipe here
Dinner:  Cauliflower & Artichoke soup: recipe here,  Enchilada Stuffed Peppers with Chile Verde: recipe here
Snack: Green tea, Handful of Almonds, snack size bag of baby carrots
Exercise: none
Mood: Very Tired and out of it in the morning, but pretty energetic in the afternoon
